Maverick ice racing screws are a staple for amateur and professional ice racers alike and have been used in many endurance series including the Numb Bum 24. They feature a 1/4" tall head with grooved out center to evacuate ice and bite harder, with a larger 7/16" base flange to keep them stable and larger diameter threads to grip the tire. They can be used in dirtbike or ATV tires, although the shortest length option is 1-1/4" and requires a tire liner or specific ice race tire on dirtbikes (The Mitas Ice King tire is what we recommend). Most endurance racers on quads dip the studs in bead sealer and install speed nuts on the inside to prevent leaks.
